With more than 25 years of providing creative and strategic marketing solutions, Phyllis leads a dynamic communications and marketing team. She is passionate about generating energetic and aggressive campaigns for well-known brands worldwide. Phyllis is always on the cutting edge of marketing best practices, implementing the most innovative and exhilarating strategies and tactics to keep her clients’ brands top-of-mind among broad audiences.

A motivated businesswoman, Lacca was one of the first women to hold an executive position in Atlantic City when she founded Bally’s Advertising and Marketing Agency. At the time, it was the only agency of its kind and remained as such for more than a decade.

In 1993, Phyllis founded Masterpiece Advertising, a full-service marketing communications firm that combines the strength and depth of a large agency with the urgency, sense of purpose and dedication to excellence that characterize the finest boutique agencies. In 2010, Phyllis expanded and formed FTFOI, a healthcare and medical marketing agency. She oversees a team of renowned marketing, digital, social media and public relations professionals, who together challenge each other and the agency’s clients to create and pioneer original ideas.

Phyllis knows how to make a lasting impression in today’s noisy and cluttered marketing environment. She understands each message is unique, and uses her vast insight to gain competitive advantages for her clients. Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising Design from Moore College of Art in Philadelphia, PA. She is a prominent member of the community and active philanthropist through her HOPE Foundation and the many worthwhile charities and organizations she supports. A true jet setter, Phyllis has traveled to Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Vietnam. She was among the first Americans to return to Cuba as part of Pope Francis’ historic pilgrimage. Alan Rosenzweig, Vice President of Strategic Marketing
Alan is living proof that you can teach an old dog new trickts. After a career in gaming and hospitality marketing that spanned 30-plus years, he translated his multi-channel marketing expertise and now oversees strategic planning for all of FTFOI’s clients.

Alan’s strategic marketing approach is rooted in the state-of-the-art technology that has dominated the gaming industry landscape in recent years. In addition to his expertise in the areas of advertising, public relations, promotional and special events programming, he brings a wealth of experience in the areas of database development and mining, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), direct marketing, Internet and social media to the table.

Most recently, Alan was Vice President of Marketing for Hollywood Casino in Aurora, IL, where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing including brand positioning, advertising creative, direct mail, media planning, promotions, website development, Internet and social media, public relations, special events and market research. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of notable gaming properties, including Caesars Boardwalk Regency, Bally’s Park Place Casino Hotel and Merv Griffin’s Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ.

Since joining FTFOI in 2010, Alan has become deeply involved with strategic planning for the agency’s growing portfolio of healthcare and financial clients.
